Intelligence without the power to grow—whether through wealth, connections, or influence—loses its value; for only with power can one truly make a lasting impact on the world.

What is Intelligence?
Put simply, if a person can find the right solution to a problem, then they are considered intelligent. Someone who finds the wrong solution is not intelligent.
Finding a solution to any problem is not as easy as it seems. Most intelligent people consider many things while finding solutions, such as:
Understanding the problem better
Finding the least costly solution
Finding a solution that is easy to repeat
Finding a solution that stands the test of time
Considering the pros and cons of their solutions at many levels
Less intelligent people tend to keep things simple to avoid putting too much pressure on their brains to think deeply. This is why they may appear less intelligent.
Normally, intelligent people are born with a natural ability to solve problems. Problems excite them, and they view them as challenges to be overcome. This starts from a young age, like six months old. They practice this challenge many times throughout the day, every day, so by the time they become 10 years old, they already appear quite intelligent.
As intelligent people solve more and more complex problems, their brains become more powerful and can handle even more complex problems with ease. This may seem miraculous to others, but it's not.
For intelligent people, solving problems is a subconscious activity. Their minds begin solving the problem as soon as they notice it. In contrast, non-intelligent people have to consciously work hard on a problem to solve it. This is why non-intelligent people get tired and give up more easily. For intelligent people, solving problems is a thrill; the adrenaline rush motivates them to seek out more challenges.
Intelligence is often associated with having better mathematical, analytical reasoning, and abstract thinking skills. People with high intelligence typically have strong verbal abilities, allowing them to communicate their ideas effectively. However, not all intelligent people are good at verbal communication. Verbal ability is more indicative of a person's interpersonal skills. People with low verbal ability may not possess strong social skills.
In today's world, intelligence is considered one of the most important factors companies look for when recruiting employees. In fact, many companies have jobs designed specifically for highly intelligent people, which is why they recruit from top universities. While intelligent people often get high-paying jobs, this is no guarantee of a happy and fulfilling life, unless they follow IFLC principles.
An aspect of intelligence is also being able to understand the World around them in the correct way.

Correct understanding of the World
The world, for each person, is essentially the mental model they create in their mind. The real world is vast and complex, making it difficult for most people to fully grasp. As a result, individuals build simplified versions of the world in their brains, which evolve over time based on personal experiences. However, for 99% of people, this understanding is inaccurate. This disconnect often leads to frustration, anger, and even depression. Since the world changes every 20 years, relying on an outdated mental model can make navigating the present more challenging and frustrating. To avoid this, it's essential to continuously observe, connect the dots, and update your understanding of the world.
At IFLC, we've invested significant effort in developing a modern, realistic mental model of the world for you. By incorporating IFLC's guidance into your daily life, you can stay aligned with the evolving world. We have looked at all aspects of this world that touches a person: World Systems, Money, People, Intelligence, Value-System and Service to mankind and this world.
If you still find yourself questioning IFLC's insights, here are some strategies to further improve your understanding of the world:
Read Widely: Explore books, articles, and research on diverse topics like history, science, culture, and current events to gain new perspectives.
Engage in Critical Thinking: Question assumptions, analyze information, and evaluate different viewpoints to develop a deeper understanding.
Travel and Experience Different Cultures: If possible, travel to different countries or engage with diverse communities to broaden your worldview.
Stay Updated on Global News: Follow reliable news sources to stay informed about global issues, political changes, and technological advancements.
Engage in Discussions: Talk to people with different opinions, backgrounds, and experiences. Be open to learning from their insights.
Take Online Courses: Enroll in courses or webinars on subjects you're curious about to expand your knowledge in specific areas.
Practice Mindfulness: Reflect on your thoughts and how they’re influenced by your environment. This helps in gaining clarity about your biases and perceptions.
Be Curious and Ask Questions: Approach the world with curiosity, continuously asking "why" and "how" to delve deeper into understanding the reasons behind things.
By diversifying your learning and experiences, you'll continuously evolve your understanding of the world.
How people with correct understanding of the world behave?
Intelligence and Power
Exceptionally intelligent people are genetically better than others, its a god gift. But then just being intelligent does not make you happy. Most of the supremely intelligent people work as professors in top universities. They get paid some money of which 40% they pay back to government as taxes. If you or your child is only academically intelligent then its highly likely they will end up doing this.
If intelligence cannot help one cultivate more power (money, connections, fame) then its a waste because, without power, you cannot do bigger better things in this world. Most people are driven to power due to greed, as they want power to satisfy their ego. Really intelligent people are those who combine intelligence with the right value-system and then strive hard to acquire power, so they can do better for others around them.
Intelligence is more useful if its combined with enterprise, leadership, networking to develop companies, organisations, people movement to make bigger changes in this world. This is only possible if a person have developed, in addition to intelligence, all of these skills: Value-system, Good health, People skills, financial skills and spirit of service. Well, if one scores very high in all of these areas then they can become one of the, countable few, most powerful persons on earth. Hence we must all strive to be more intelligent.
Intelligent Children
To make your children intelligent encourage them to eat brain stimulating foods rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, fruits & vegetables, nuts and seeds, dark chocolate. Also make sure to get your child's blood tests done every year to check if they have any vitamin deficiency and speak with your doctor to rectify this.
Striving to get to the top of the class at school requires a child to exercise their neurons, which in turn helps boost intelligence. So encourage your child to become the best ranker at school. They will spend approx. 15000 hours at school until they turn 18. They spend 4-5 hours of their day at school daily so don't let them miss that opportunity to sharpen their brains.
Most kids who are good at academics are not so good elsewhere, hence you need to encourage kids to apply their brains into everything in life like arranging their room, helping siblings, helping parents with chores at home, joining you as a volunteer for events, creating something new, interacting with people around. Encourage them into helping you in daily chores at home. Not only just doing difficult math makes one intelligent, doing daily activities intelligently is also an excellent way to boost one's intelligence. For example doing even a work like taking garbage out weekly can also be done intelligently. Applying brains in everything you do is the right way to train your brain to become sub-consciously intelligent.
Encourage them to do things at much much much deeper level. Going deeper in any topic refines one's reasoning ability. When you think deeply about any topic you come up with new perspectives of looking at it. Its like gaining a new pair of eyes, using which you can see many things that other's can't. Einstein once said that he is not more intelligent than others; its just that he pursues things longer than others.
Develop curiosity in your child. A curious mind will naturally read, experiment, discuss about various topics and their reasoning ability will get better with time. Encourage them to read with a purpose. For example a child I know was supremely curious about Hitler; and in finding the truth about Hitler this child read the whole reason behind WW2, geopolitics, geography, leadership etc.
While at school a child can demonstrate their intelligence by getting better grades, but once they turn into adults its how they appear, behave and interact with people will demonstrate their intelligence. Observing people and their body language can significantly improve your child's interpersonal skills. This includes making eye contact, which helps children decode facial expressions. In today's world, communication often goes beyond words, with body language conveying subtle cues. By understanding body language, your child can better navigate social interactions and develop critical thinking skills. If a child can develop an early ability to identify who is lying and who is not, then they will protect themselves from so much of grief people will give them throughout their life. These skills are crucial for success in all aspects of life, including future careers. Many workplaces, including top consulting firms, have reported hiring highly intelligent graduates who struggle due to a lack of interpersonal skills. Effective communication and the ability to read people are essential for teamwork, collaboration, and overall project impact.
To get intelligent kids in future, the easiest way is to find an intelligent partner. Intelligence is carried in the genes. But there is medical evidence that if both parents have a very high IQ then there is a higher likelihood of them bearing autistic children. So if you are super intelligent and you wish to get an equally intelligent partner then this is risk you carry.
Intelligence Rules
Some people are born more intelligent than others; and they have undue advantage over others.
With your hard work you can become more intelligent in life.
Intelligent people are respected everywhere.
Being born with less intelligence is a real disadvantage; you will have to work very hard in life to make it even.
Intelligence is not limited to being good at math or being good at people dealing. Intelligence is multifaceted, encompassing various cognitive abilities, including mathematical, verbal, spatial, interpersonal, and intrapersonal skills.
In life you will need different types of intelligence in different situations.
While intelligence can be a valuable asset, it does not guarantee happiness or success. Factors such as emotional intelligence, resilience, and opportunities also play crucial roles in quality of life.
While genetics plays a role, a stimulating environment and rich experiences can significantly influence intellectual development.
Early childhood experiences are crucial for shaping cognitive abilities.
Intelligent individuals often possess resilience, the ability to bounce back from setbacks and challenges.
Intelligence Duties
Improve your observation skills.
Be curious to learn new things
Keep learning new skills throughout your life at all ages.
At a time focus on only one activity with full attention.
Focus on the present and work on creating small, achievable goals.
Work on one activity focused for at least 30 minutes before letting your attention distracted to another activity. The longer you are able to focus on a work the more effective you will become.
Watch closely what smart people do.
Sticking to difficult problems for longer will refine your reasoning ability.
Gather information from more and more people and sources before making any decision
Don't blindly accept information. Challenge assumptions and ask probing questions to gain a deeper understanding on a topic.
Exposure to different viewpoints can broaden your understanding and enhance your critical thinking skills; so keep open eyes and ears and listen attentively to people.
Mindfulness involves paying attention to the present moment without judgment; practicing it can help improve your intelligence.
Reading a variety of materials, from fiction to non-fiction, can expand your vocabulary, improve your comprehension, and expose you to new ideas.
Stepping outside of your comfort zone and taking calculated risks can foster creativity, resilience, and problem-solving skills.
Look at problems from many different ways; this will help you solve problems quickly and creatively.
Combine, and recombine, ideas, images, and thoughts into different combinations no matter how incongruent or unusual.
Intelligence DO NOTs:
Do not do any of these:
Don't engage in mindless activities like excessive social media scrolling or watching TV.
Don't avoid challenges or stick to your comfort zone.
Don't be afraid to make mistakes. Mistakes are opportunities to learn and grow.
Don't close yourself off to new ideas or perspectives.
Don't neglect your mental health. Ensure you get enough rest and manage stress effectively.
Don't fall prey to confirmation bias, seeking only information that confirms your existing beliefs.
Don't engage in cognitive biases like the Dunning-Kruger effect or the sunk cost fallacy.
Don't rely solely on intuition or gut feelings.
Don't be afraid to ask for help or seek guidance from others.
